Take your shot at being a winemaker.  Paul Bush, Owner/Winemaker will lead you through a flight of Vintage Quintets, then a flight of the five major Bordeaux varietals in their 100% barrel form (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec).  We then let you try your hand at blending the perfect Quintet!  Find one that you love, you have the option to bottle your own Quintet for $38.00.
