Take your shot at being a winemaker.  Paul Bush, Owner/Winemaker will lead you through a flight of Vintage Quintets, then a flight of the five major Bordeaux varietals in their 100% barrel form (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec).  We then let you try your hand at blending the perfect Quintet!  Find one that you love, you have the option to bottle your own Quintet for $38.00.

Take a bottle of your Quintet Blend home! As part of the Quintet Blending Event, you may choose to bottle your own Quintet.  This is limited to 1 bottle per person attending.  The cost to bottle your own is $38.00 (Club members get a 10% discount off bottle).
