Chardonnay Hillside 2021

Hints of toasty oak and cream fill the nose of the richly textured Chardonnay.  With 17% Chenin Blanc and a hint of Yellow Muscat blended in, the palate has some interesting complexities, finishing with notes of frenach oak and a spot fine ash.

El Tinto, Lot 42

The Malbec and Zinfandel based wine is the biggest El Tinto we've produced.  Super complex black fruit dominates the aromas with blackberry.  The palate is up front, fruity, rich and loaded with ripe blackberry characters.  Bold yet, rounded this is the "go-to" wine for almost everything!

Nebbiolo Hillside 2019

This premiere Italian variety grown in our mountain vineyards is rounded and tannic at the same time.  While the lighter color of the wine builds expectations of something light, this is Nebbiolo - bold and extracted.  Dried spice and dried fruit characters abound in the 2019 vintage with a rich and youthful experience.

Zinfandel Hillside 2019 Madrona

The aromas really embrace the black pepper aspects of the variety with other savory spices layering throughout. More mountain red fruit builds with each sniff as plum and subtle soy sauce lend even more complexity. The entry on this wine is mouth-filling but not overly luscious as riper Zins sometimes are. There’s a striking density to the wine both in color and texture as the first sip floods the senses. Darker berry fruit with that pinch of spice fills the mid-palate while embracing the cool-climate acidity, keeping the wine fresher and more inviting.
